I'm a web designer based in London and I love creating websites that just work!
User Centered Design
The design of a website greatly determines how visitors are going to interact with it. To make sure that your website will work for your business, I use user-centered design principles - which ensure that users are effortless guided towards their goals (and your business goals).
The process starts with researching your audience, designing something that they will find useful and intuitive, and involves usability tests at various stages - sessions where voluntary participants use the website and their behaviour is methodically captured for further improvements.
Conversion Rate Optimisation
Simply being functional, usable and beautiful isn't going to persuade most visitors. I create websites that are focused towards conversion; every element on the page should play a role in motivating visitors to take the action you want them to take... whether it's buying your product, registering for your services, entering their email address, calling you, or just reading what you've go to say.
The process includes split testing - presenting information on the website in various ways and choosing the one that generates the most positive response in users.
Manage your website
Your website is built using the Drupal Content Management System - which is an open-source (free) platform allowing you to make changes and extending your website with highly advanced features with a click (well.. almost!). Make changes yourself - simply log in to change text or pictures.

Your website is up and running. Now, how do you actually measure its success, optimise it and identify further opportunities?
Web Analytics - data of visitors' online behaviour and attributes - helps you measure the success of your website, identify holes, optimise pages, devise new strategies, develop new goals and even identify new business opportunities!
Now is the time to start collecting this data and analyse how people behave on your website:
- - Where did they come from?
- - What did they search on Google before reaching the website?
- - On which page did they land?
- - Which page did they find most interesting?
- - On what page do they leave?
- - Where did you convert them... or lose them?
Web Analytics provides actionable insight into what is working and what isn't. Using this information, I constantly monitor analytics data and keep improving your website until the optimal performance is reached.
